Identity of the apps and the developer

Apps covered by this policy

Both applications listed above and the website are owned and operated by the same entity named in the table above, which is the entity shown as the developer on the Google Play listing.

Data we collect

• Account data: student name, email address, password (stored hashed with SHA-256), school, grade level, academic term.
• Educational usage data: exam results, scores, submitted answers, completed lessons, time spent on an exam.
• Device identifier: used solely to bind a subscription or activation code to a single device and prevent unauthorized reuse.
• Technical log data: IP address, browser or OS type, date and time of the request.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, messages, microphone input, or any data from outside the app.

How we use the data

To create and authenticate the student account, deliver lessons and exams matching the student's grade and term, store results and show reports to the student and their teacher or guardian, validate activation codes and subscription status, and improve the educational content and technical performance. We never sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Children's privacy

These apps are intended for elementary school students (grades 1–6), so some users may be under 13. Accounts are created by a parent, teacher, or school administrator — not by the child alone. We collect only the data necessary to provide the educational service, we do not request sensitive data from children, and children cannot publish public content or communicate with other users. A parent or guardian may review or request deletion of their child's data at any time at mostafaibrahim1712002@gmail.com.

Third parties

We may use service providers for hosting, payment processing, push notifications, and analytics. They access data only as needed to perform their tasks and are obligated not to use it for any other purpose. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

Advertising and payments

The app may display advertisements on some screens. We do not use personalized, behaviour-tracking advertising for children, and we do not share educational account data with ad networks. Subscription purchases and paid activation codes are processed by an external payment provider (such as PayPal or the app store). We never receive or store bank card details on our servers — only the subscription status and its date.

Data retention and deletion

Account and result data is retained while the account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of the account and all associated data by emailing mostafaibrahim1712002@gmail.com from the address registered on the account. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
